You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for the information you provide, for activity on your account, and for keeping your credentials secure.

• Doft is a freight-technology platform that connects shippers, brokers, carriers, and drivers and provides load discovery, freight matching, and related workflow tools.
• LCash is a U.S.-dollar digital wallet and payment-card service. LCash is a customer-facing technology service and acts as an authorized agent of its licensed financial-service providers, who provide the underlying wallet, card-issuing, and payment-processing services.

When you provide your mobile number and request a verification code, you consent to receive one-time passcodes and transactional account-security text messages from Place Stars (for Doft or LCash), sent to the number you provided.

• These programs are transactional only. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS through them.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

For details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile opt-in data or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by using them for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, interfering with their operation or security, or attempting to access them by unauthorized means.

The Services, including their software, content, and trademarks, are owned by Place Stars or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Place Stars will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date, and your continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
